BioAs of 2007 I'm back in school. I've jumped ship from a PhD program in physics to an MS program in Aeronautics and Astronautics, also known as AA. Eerily appropriate. In all likelihood, a year from now I'll have another Master's degree that I'm not using, but in addition to being an out of work physicist I get to be an out of work engineer. I've half a mind to spend the next year in the Applied Math department. Then I'll get to be an unemployed physicist-mathematician-engineer!
Seriously. If I can get funding from my professor, I'll probably knock out an AMath degree while I'm in the AA department. Is that wrong?
For those who don't know me, the above won't really make sense. In a nutshell I'm an atheist-physics geek-car nut-gun nut-gamer-alcoholic-slacker from the Bay Area living in Seattle. Also, I've rediscovered self-esteem and I'm single, so all you girl-geeks better watch out!
Seriously, watch yourselves. I have a drinking problem and I'm usually horny. And I'm not the cute, sappy drunk who might be fun to take to bed, I'm much more of a pathetic, desparate, creepy drunk that will inevitably violate one or more of your personal boundaries. Really, it's best just to stay away.
